Initially onboarding with us in 2016, Steve May Financial joined Worksorted in search of a simple and user-friendly CRM with the ability to set up complicated workflows and aid them in offering exceptional advice to all their clients.
Steve May Financial have since mastered several elements of Worksorted, particularly Workflow. "It's been amazing having the workflow automatically take you through each stage of the process, without having to think about what you might've missed," Steve, Director of Steve May Financial, adds.
The business was initially drawn to Worksorted for the revenue tracking tools. "The ability to manage income and guarantee that we were collecting all of our fees, but also the capacity to analyse and watch what's occurring, and what the patterns have been in the business over longer periods of time, is incredibly powerful," Steve says. As a result, they have thrived at using our expected revenue features while also capitalizing on our easy, yet thorough, reporting capabilities to back it up. "I really like that I can run reports on a variety of topics, but the ability to view referral sources and where our income is coming from is quite useful."
