Worksorted was introduced to Amy by XY Advisers back in 2018, following a long search for a CRM that was suited for their business model. Since then, the entire Hindsight team have embraced the system to become exceptional Worksorted users.
Amy's favourite system feature is Workflow, which makes a huge impact on the way she operates. “I use it constantly, for keeping track of client-related jobs. From the very start of implementation right through to reviews and ongoing services. We also use checklists to itemize every single step of the process that needs to be done”. Amy finds that being able to simply and instantly view all jobs due today, and in the future, helps her keep on track with managing and issuing key compliance documents such as Annual Fixed Arrangements to such a large client base.
She also commends Worksorted’s revenue and payment processing functionality. Not only has Hindsight recently shifted to running their own AFSL which brings its own complexities handling revenue from product providers directly, but their adviser remuneration structure was a little different too. “Remuneration for us is a little different than your traditional practice because we have 8 advisers that all technically operate as self-employed individuals. Once we realised Worksorted had the capabilities to manage the processing and reporting of revenue for our entire team, things really started to take off”.
